My Story

For years, I lived with the belief that medications were the answer. But over time, I saw how prescriptions often masked symptoms rather than healed the root cause—and how poor food choices quietly eroded my health.
Everything changed in 2016 when I made a bold decision: I embraced a plant-based lifestyle. The transformation was nothing short of extraordinary. I healed chronic issues, shed excess weight, regained my energy, and felt mentally sharper than ever. I became the version of myself I always knew was possible.
That journey led me to earn a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from Cornell University and dedicate my life to helping others feel their best—starting with what’s on their plate.
