Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS


1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten free if you are sensitive to gluten)

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (organic if you can)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter (optional )


INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a sealable container and mix well to combine. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to soften and thicken


When ready to eat, top with fresh fruit or nuts as desired and enjoy!
